Shipping policy

Shipping and handling charges for delivery will be added to your purchase, based on the total weight of your order and the delivery service you select or is available.

DOMESTIC (THAILAND)

We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. We ship via Thailand postal register mail which can take 2-10 business days depending on your location and EMS which might take 2-3 days shipping.

All products are insured however we cannot be held responsible for the incorrect address given by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

INTERNATIONAL

We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. We ship via Thai Postal Service (EMS) and TNT (for goods with a total weight of over 20 only. EMS and TNT may take 3-5 business days and might take more time depending on customs clearance and or other various conditions. All products are insured however we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses given by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

For international orders, the displayed price does not include delivery fee, tax, and import duty, all additional taxes and fees are the customer’s responsibility. Products are shipped from Bangkok Thailand with a detailed invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise (USD).
