CHABATREE is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Woodenware products and Handcrafts, Returns policy
Please kindly note that wooden products and handcrafts may have variations of color and shape due to natural material and production by hand, and therefore CHABATREE cannot accept returns or refunds if the dissatisfaction is not due to a quality issue.
If your order arrives damaged caused by poor packing or a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace the damaged or defective item. Please kindly contact customer service at contact@chabatree.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Customer Service will guide you through the appropriate steps to replace the product or to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price.
Return product must be unused/unworn and in perfect condition with receipt. Customer is responsible for the return shipping charge, if the damages are caused by poor packing or production, customer will be reimbursed for return shipping charges.
